Costco is the third largest retailer in the world, with over 64 million members in the US. Though they are widely known for their store experience, the retailer’s website services over 14 million users, who expect to have a consistent and satisfying brand experience online. To modernize its current digital offering and enhance its connection with its members, we were tasked with analyzing Costco’s current website and identifying opportunities for enhancement in the highlighted competitive environment of wholesale retailers.
